The dates!!!

Now that it's 2012, it's time to start thinking about booking your flight (if necessary) for the fabulous WeBe weekend. We will have the house from Sept 21 – 23, so that should give you a place to start your plans. I can put three or four people up in my house, so if you want to fly into Providence's TF Green airport, you're welcome to stay with me. Nancy lives 40 minutes from my house (in good traffic) and about 10 minutes from Boston's Logan airport, and Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire Cynda lives about 30 minutes from Logan.

In order to car pool on Friday with me, Nanzo or Cynda, it would be ideal if WeBes could arrive on Thurs Sept 20th. A Monday Sept 24th departure (or late on Sunday the 23rd) would also be handy if you can manage it. This way, you could skip the need for a rental car and keep costs as low as possible.

We can coordinate flights/rides once we get flight info for everyone's arrival/departure. If you plan on taking a train or think you might drive up to New England, let us know about that too. Since it looks like we will have around 22 WeBes in attendance, we'll try to squeeze as many WeBes as possible into available cars.
